IMPACT Accelerator

IMPACT Accelerator stands as a premier acceleration initiative developed through collaboration between globally recognized accelerators, major brands, and venture capital firms, earning its place among the world's top ten accelerator programs. Distinguished by its equity-free funding model, the accelerator delivers premium acceleration services, expert mentorship networks, and comprehensive resources designed to catalyze innovation throughout Europe and beyond. This consortium represents a powerful convergence of industry expertise, technological innovation, and capital resources, creating an exceptional launchpad for promising startups across multiple sectors.

The accelerator currently manages three flagship projects addressing different market segments. IMPACT Connected Car provides up to €60,000 in equity-free funding for startups developing solutions in Internet of Things, safety and security systems, vehicle management platforms, and related automotive technologies. This initiative benefits from leadership by key innovation and automotive industry players including ISDI, FundingBox, Mobile World Capital Barcelona, Ferrovial Servicios, PSA Group, and FIWARE Foundation, among others. The program leverages this extensive partner network to provide startups with industry connections, technical expertise, and market access opportunities.

The IMPACT Growth program offers substantially larger equity-free funding packages of up to €250,000, targeting the acceleration of 28 startups during its 2017-2018 operational period. Managed by an international consortium including ISDI, FundingBox, Accelerace, Kibo Ventures, and corporate partners like Danone and DOCOMO Digital, this program aims to identify and propel four exceptional startups to market leadership. The initiative combines financial support with strategic guidance from established market players, creating a powerful ecosystem for startup development and scaling across international markets.

Completing the portfolio, IMPACT RobotUnion selects 40 startups across two open calls, providing up to €223,000 in equity-free funding plus comprehensive acceleration services during a 12-month premium program. Led by ISDI in partnership with leading European research and technology organizations, participants receive state-of-the-art technical support, world-class training, internationalization assistance, and valuable connections to global industry leaders. All three IMPACT initiatives receive funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under specific grant agreements, reflecting the EU's commitment to fostering technological advancement and entrepreneurial growth across the European innovation ecosystem.
